Would you love your child to make memories to cherish this summer? Come and join the fun with StageAbility for a week! Making new friends, playing crazy games, acting, singing and generally having a great time creating something wonderful together. We shall be writing a comedy musical written especially for a group of this size and promises lots of laughs, great songs and loads of parts! The group will rehearse across the week from 10am - 3pm and then perform their work at The Alan Cornish Theatre at The Oakwood Centre in Woodley on the Saturday! We cannot wait to produce our 'Show in a Week' summer drama camp. Please bring a packed lunch each day and wear clothes that are comfortable to move in. Show tickets will be on sale at £8 per seat once the week is underway. We will be back at The Oakwood Theatre, Woodley. Yippee! For ages 5-14. Older children are welcome if they are happy to work with a younger cast. No experience necessary! Early Bird Discount bookings must be paid in full by 30 June. Standard bookings must be paid in full by 18th July. I'm sorry we can't accept childcare vouchers.
Camp notes
A sibling discount of 8% will be automatically applied on booking.
Now that we have the go-ahead to run our summer schools, we shall communicate all of the hygiene and distancing measures that we will have in place before the camp.
We are anticipating that we will not be able to invite parents in to see the show, due to current restrictions, but we shall film and share the performance with parents. There are a number of ways we can do this.
Please note: this course now runs Monday to Friday.
Booked places are not refundable, but can be transferred to another child.
